I am a private practice dentist in Dearborn, Michigan. General and cosmetic dentistry are a special interest of mine. Prior to returning to graduate school, I worked as a chemist for 11 years at Harper Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Currently I am an adjunct instructor for Spring Arbor University and I have also taught biology, ethics, and laboratory science.
On a more personal note, I was born and raised in Birmingham, Michigan and graduated from Seaholm High School. I am married to Margaret O’Rourke-Kelly, Ph.D. and we live in Canton, Michigan. I have two adult children and four grandchildren. My parents, Gerald and Georgia Kelly are retired and living in Florida/Michigan. I have seven siblings. My hobbies are golf, skiing, magic, harmonica playing and travel. I also enjoy the continued scientific explorations, inventions, creative ideas and mathematics.
